Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen, but most customers receive their OEM Glock parts within 3–7 business days after shipment.
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team for an authorized return number (RMA). Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.
You can update your shipping address in your account settings before placing an order. If you need to change the address after an order has been submitted, contact our support team immediately. Address changes are only possible before the order ships.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your account at any time to view the current status of your order and tracking updates.
