How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method, but most customers receive their orders within 3–7 business days after shipment.


How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking the “My Account” or “Sign Up” link at the top of the website. Simply enter your email address and create a password. Creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping information, and view order history.


How do I change my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address in your account settings before placing an order. If you need to change the shipping address after an order has been placed, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Address changes are only possible before the order ships.


How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your account at any time to view your order status and tracking details.


Will you keep my credit card information on file?

No. We do not store credit card information. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout system to ensure your personal and payment details remain protected.


Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is applied where required by law. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.


Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to select countries. Available shipping destinations and options will be displayed during checkout. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.


Will my items come in one package?

We make every effort to ship items together in one package whenever possible. However, depending on availability or warehouse location, some orders may ship in multiple packages. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact our support team for instructions and an authorized return number (RMA). Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.


I received the wrong item

If you received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately. We will provide instructions to return the incorrect item and ship the correct OEM Glock parts to you at no additional cost.


My order arrived damaged

We take shipping and packaging seriously, but if your order arrives damaged, contact our support team right away. We will guide you through the return or replacement process to ensure you receive your OEM Glock parts in perfect condition.


Where should I mail my authorized return?

Authorized returns must be sent to the address provided with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please do not send items without an RMA, as unapproved returns cannot be processed.


How do I receive customer support?

You can reach our support team via email or phone. For the fastest service, please provide your order number and details about your inquiry. Our team is trained to help with product questions, order updates, returns, and more.


What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

If you notice an incorrect shipping address before your order ships, contact our support team immediately to update it. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes, so it’s important to notify us as soon as possible.


Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

Orders can be changed or canceled only before they are processed and shipped. Contact our support team immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order has shipped, you will need to follow the return process to exchange or refund items.


Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

Currently, we do not offer pre-orders. We recommend signing up for product alerts or checking back regularly to see when OEM Glock parts are back in stock.
